She leads with empathy, brings clarity to complex productions, and takes pride in her ability to make both clients and teams feel like they’re in good hands. Erica combines production expertise with a collaborative spirit, always focused on delivering great work with care, clarity, and heart.
Michael Bishop - Creative Director/Partner
Bishop for short - Mike has been leading the creative charge at top Toronto boutique shops and is now stepping into his next chapter as Creative Director and co-founder at The Coterie Visuals Inc., Mike is the kind of person who walks into a room with solutions already brewing. A true creative-first thinker, he’s spent decades shaping the visual landscape of Toronto’s post-production scene — not by following trends, but by setting them. He doesn’t see obstacles, he sees opportunities to make something better. Whether he’s steering a team or crafting a vision from scratch, he brings the energy of someone who genuinely loves what he does — and it shows in every frame.
Meet Cathy! Two decades in the advertising world will do a lot for a person — and for Cathy, it’s built a skill set that’s hard to match. From VFX finishing to high-level CG pipelines, she’s done it all and then some. But what really sets her apart? She’s the person who squashes problems before her team even knows they existed. A natural leader with a warm, human touch, Cathy has a gift for creating the kind of environment where great work just… happens. Adaptable, forward-thinking, and proactive - her work speaks for itself.

Nupur been cutting her teeth in post-production since 2017 — from event films in Delhi to corporate videos in Toronto. Transitioning fully to VFX in Toronto, she brings a hunger to grow, and the kind of enthusiasm that makes a team electric. Her ambition, enthusiasm and talent all contribute to her budding experience.
